For this project, I drew inspiration from the mythology, art, and beliefs surrounding eclipses in various Indigenous cultures of the Americas. To explore these interpretations, I focused on four civilisations: the Incas, Mixtecs, Mayans, and the culture of Tenochtitlan, translating their visual languages and symbolic meanings into a series of linocut prints.
