The Tell-Tale Heart, an adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe’s story, transformed into an illustrated picture book. The story was adapted in a way that preserves the original narrative essence while translating it into a visual language accessible to a young audience.
The book contains twelve illustrated pages and features a cut shape resembling a dollhouse. Additionally, I carried out an experimental approach using fabrics and sewing materials, which I integrated into the illustrations, creating an expressive and handcrafted universe that invites close observation and lets the story unfold visually.
This project was developed in 2024 as part of my personal and academic work. It is currently available for publication.
